Nice to meet you and congratulations on the start of your new health journey!  I'm an undergraduate student currently studying at Griffith University on the Gold Coast while basing myself as a Personal Trainer at World Gym in Ashmore.

I am based on the Gold Coast where I finished my senior years at The Southport School after growing up in the beautiful Whitsundays.  I have fantastic communication skills, love working with people and important and like to find solutions to a challenge!

I hold a Certificate 3 and 4 in Health and Fitness and I am currently studying a Certificate 4 in Nutrition and Dietetics. I love all sports, including footy, and was proud to compete in the Queensland Schoolboys Volleyball Cup.
